Vendor agreement

TamilFunction Vendor Terms

Version 2026-07-29

These Vendor Terms apply to businesses and self-employed professionals that apply for or manage a Vendor profile on TamilFunction. Consumers may not use the Vendor area.

TamilFunction is operated by the provider identified in the current legal notice. TamilFunction provides a marketplace and does not become a party to contracts between Vendors and customers.

1. Business status and authority

A Vendor must act in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity. A person submitting an application or claim confirms that they are authorised to represent the named business.

TamilFunction may request reasonable evidence of business status or authority. An application may be paused or rejected if required evidence is not provided or if reasonable doubts remain.

Vendors from any country may apply. Each Vendor remains responsible for the registrations, taxes, professional rules and information duties that apply to its business and services.

2. Application and contract

Creating a general account does not create a Vendor contract or a right to a public profile. A Vendor application or claim is an offer to enter into a Vendor contract under these terms.

An automatic receipt confirms only that the application arrived. The Vendor contract begins only when TamilFunction accepts the application or claim electronically after manual review.

The version of these terms made available and accepted when the application or claim is submitted applies to that submission.

3. Account and contact details

Login uses a verified email address and password. Every Vendor application and claim also requires a private registration phone number. It is not currently verified by SMS and is not public.

TamilFunction may use the private number only to review the application or claim, check authority, address security concerns and provide necessary support. It is not permission for general marketing calls.

A separate public business phone number is optional and controlled by the Vendor. Vendors must keep their information accurate and protect their login details.

4. Basic listings, claims and owner confirmation

TamilFunction may create a free Basic listing from lawful and verified public business information before the business has a Vendor account. This alone does not create a Vendor contract.

An authorised person may claim an ownerless Basic listing. A claim is reviewed manually and does not transfer the profile automatically.

Owner confirmed means only that TamilFunction separately checked control of the business. It is not a quality guarantee, recommendation or warranty.

5. Plans and visibility

A Basic listing is free and may receive direct customer inquiries. Premium features are available only after separate activation under the terms shown before purchase.

Search first applies the selected country or worldwide scope, event location, category, search term, distance, owner-confirmed filter and the Vendor's stated service radius. These criteria determine whether a profile appears in the matching results or only as a separately labelled further suggestion.

Within each result group, Premium profiles appear first. Among the remaining profiles, owner-confirmed profiles appear before the other Basic listings. Each of these tiers is then ordered by calculated distance where available, followed by the alphabetical business name.

Premium affects visibility only within the relevant result group. It does not override the selected filters, move a profile into a better result group, guarantee a top position, inquiry or booking, or make an unrelated service a match. Saved favourites and inquiry counts do not affect the order.

6. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors may offer only lawful services they are entitled and qualified to provide. They are responsible for prices, availability, customer information, payment, cancellation and the contracts they make with customers.

Profiles and content must be accurate, current and lawful. Vendors must not upload misleading, discriminatory or illegal content, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, send spam, manipulate interactions or misuse customer information.

Vendors must promptly tell TamilFunction if their authority to represent the business or their business status ends.

7. Vendor content

Vendors keep ownership of their content. For the duration of the Vendor contract they grant TamilFunction a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to store, technically adapt and display that content on TamilFunction, in its search results and in related previews.

Using Vendor content in separate social media posts or paid advertising requires a separate express agreement. Vendors confirm that they hold all rights needed for the images, logos and text they provide.

8. Customer inquiries and data access

TamilFunction enables contact but does not guarantee inquiries or business success. Vendors and customers agree directly on services, dates, prices, payment and cancellation.

A Vendor may access its profile data and inquiries addressed to it, but not private data belonging to other Vendors or unrelated customers. Customer inquiry data may be used only to handle that inquiry.

Further information about purposes, recipients, international transfers and retention is provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Reports and moderation

Users may report unlawful or non-compliant profile content through the reporting route shown on the profile. TamilFunction reviews reports carefully and without arbitrary discrimination.

Measures are limited to what is reasonably necessary. TamilFunction provides the affected Vendor with a clear reason and available review route unless law, an authority, an investigation or a serious security interest prevents this.

TamilFunction does not currently use automated decisions to suspend or remove Vendor content.

10. Restriction, suspension and termination

TamilFunction may restrict, suspend or terminate a Vendor profile for false business information, missing authority, loss of business status, unlawful content, infringement, security risks, fraud, spam, manipulation, misuse of customer data or other material or repeated breaches.

TamilFunction considers the nature, severity, duration, consequences and repetition of a breach. Where possible, the Vendor receives a reason and an opportunity to respond or correct the issue.

Ordinary full termination by TamilFunction is normally announced at least 30 days in advance. Immediate action remains possible where required by law or an authority, for serious security reasons, or after repeated or serious breaches.

11. Vendor deletion requests

A Vendor may submit a deletion request in profile settings. Submission starts a reviewed process and is not an immediate final deletion of every associated record. TamilFunction aims to respond within two business days, but this is a service target rather than a guaranteed deadline.

The Vendor may request a voluntary callback about alternatives. A pending request may be cancelled immediately. Cancelling does not automatically republish a listing that is already offline.

Deleting the Vendor profile does not automatically delete a separate customer area. Data that must be retained for legal obligations, security or legal defence is kept only for the necessary period.

12. Later manual recreation

The first profile creation or a Basic listing created by TamilFunction may be free. After a completed deletion requested by the Vendor, a later full manual recreation may be chargeable.

The deletion request itself does not create a payment obligation. The current guide price for a later full manual recreation is EUR 249 and is not a future price guarantee.

A charge applies only after TamilFunction shows the then-current scope, total price, applicable tax treatment, due date and payment terms, and the Vendor places a separate express order that TamilFunction accepts.

13. Necessary communications

TamilFunction may send necessary messages about the account, security, an application, claim, moderation, deletion request or active support matter. These messages are not marketing consent.

Necessary calls are limited to the relevant application, claim, security or support matter. General telephone marketing and promotional email require a separate lawful basis or voluntary consent before they are introduced.

14. Availability and liability

TamilFunction works to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security measures, provider failures and necessary changes may cause temporary interruptions.

TamilFunction has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, express guarantees and other mandatory legal liability.

For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded where legally permitted. TamilFunction is not responsible for the content or performance of contracts made directly between Vendors and customers, but remains responsible for its own duties.

15. Duration and changes

A free Vendor contract continues for an indefinite period without a minimum term. The Vendor may end it at any time through the deletion request or the published support route. Separate terms apply to paid services.

TamilFunction normally gives existing Vendors at least 15 days' notice of material changes on a durable medium. A longer period is provided where reasonable technical or commercial adjustments are needed. Changes do not apply retroactively.

A shorter period may apply where required by law or an authority, or to address an unforeseen and immediate risk involving security, fraud, malware, spam or data protection. Purely editorial changes that do not alter meaning may take effect without notice.

16. Law and final provisions

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Where legally permitted, the courts at TamilFunction's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction for merchants and equivalent public-law entities. Otherwise the statutory courts have jurisdiction.

Individual agreements take priority. If a provision is invalid, statutory law replaces it and the remaining provisions continue to apply.

The provider and contact details are available in the legal notice.
